We make paying for your transportation simple and hassle-free. R2T accepts a variety of payment methods, including ACH, wire transfers, Venmo, Zelle, checks, and credit cards, so you can choose the option that works best for you.

When is payment due?

Payment is due prior to service unless otherwise arranged. For reservations, payment must be completed to secure your booking.

How long does an ACH or wire transfer take to process?

ACH and wire transfers typically take 1–3 business days to process, depending on your bank. Please include your invoice number in the payment reference to avoid delays.

Do I need a Venmo account to pay via Venmo?

Yes, you will need a Venmo account to send a payment. If you don’t have one, you can easily create a FREE account through the Venmo app or website.

Is there a receipt or confirmation provided once payment is received?

Yes, a payment confirmation will be sent once your payment is processed. If you need an official receipt, please let us know.

Can I split the payment across different methods?

Yes, split payments are allowed, but please notify us in advance so we can ensure proper processing. Be sure to reference your invoice number with each payment.
